Job Description

As part of the product team, contribute to the test strategy, test plan, automation infrastructure and execution on the prioritized roadmap for your product area
Work on mobile platforms (IOS, Android) for our consumer and driver-facing apps along with automation using Appium with Kotin based test automation framework
Work on improving API tests coverage using Kotlin, TestNG
Write test scripts with Python (desired but not mandatory)
Work with developer team to review code changes and create a robust automation suite covering functional, integration aspects
Work with developers and designers to ship features and product improvements while inculcating a quality culture
Use customer data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and bring data focus during the feature discussions

4+ years of experience working as an SDET/QA/Test Engineer, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products
As a fast, learner and team player, you’re comfortable teaching yourself new skills and can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
Passionate about improving testing and automation coverage by innovative solutions and well-crafted code
Code freely in Java, Kotlin (desired) and have experience with test frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG
Able to critically think about requirements and use cases and having a growth mindset towards work
Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data/product to understand what’s happening and define & measure the appropriate level of testing to be done to have a quality product
