Role Overview:

McAfee is hiring for SDET lead to work with our engineering team for the design and deinfine the next level of Automation test. Have experience leading a technical test/SDET teams

 

About the role :

• Design and Implement Automation Framework (from scratch) Setting up and rolling out standards for Automation Frameworks
• Create overall Automation approach / Schedule and provide effort estimations for the Automation framework Implement the frameworks in CI/CD environments / nightly runs in Jenkins/ GIT or Equivalent
• Experience with system and debugging tools like GDB Ability into System optimization and performance assessments at the user and kernel level.
• Work for implementing automation solutions within an Agile development lifecycle.
• This role reports to the Engineering manager

• 9+Years of Experience in Testing/SDET role with 3+Years of lead experience.
• As a member of the engineering team who can determine the next level of Test automation.
• Have experience in designing automation test frameworks especially for tiered architecture.
• Experience is creating and driving the Automation Strategy for the architecture implementation
• guide an automation team and mentor
• Experience in Test Automation Tool / Frameworks
• Experience in Linux technologies including cloud experience implementing CI/CD for Test automation suites including in AWS experience with Service Layer Testing automation includingRest APIs, XML, JAXB, JSON in creating a layered system.
• Experience with system level and unit test automation Excellent programming skills. Experience in multi-tenant systems will be a plus Experience in container-based systems will be a plus
